Vijayi Bhava opened at 1.1/4 but dwindled to 18/10 in the betting at race time. Eternal Spirit and Vijayi Bhava were fighting to lead the field as Lovely Feelings and Love Forty settled close behind. But at 100 metres as Eternal Spirit and Vijayi Bhava were still disputing the lead, Lovely Feelings switched on the outside and just trounced the field to win by 2.1/4 lengths from Vijayi Bhava and far behind came Eternal Spirit and Love Forty.

Race Report
ETERNAL SPIRIT (App. Kishore Kadam) was inclined to lug in during the race wherein at the start the filly shifted in and inconvenienced LOVE FORTY (Zameer Sayyed) and again in the straight ETERNAL SPIRIT leaned on to VIJAYI BHAVA (App. Akash Agarwal). Trainer Rehanullah Khan has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race with the filly. Soon after the start App. Kishore Kadam (ETERNAL SPIRIT) lost his right rein, which he regained shortly. After the race LOVELY FEELINGS was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated period of 4 weeks. Amadomio was pushed to the front as 3/10 favourite Personified settled behind with Kaching, Chardin along the rails, and Lone Trojan not far off. Round the bend as Amadomio was beginning to give up, jockey B. Prakash alerted Personified who bounded in front in a trice when Chardin made a forward move. But Personified effortless drew away to a smashing win from Chardin, Ka Ching, Lone Trojan and Amadomio was last.

Native Strategy, Strathendrick, Nanjing, Sea Storm, Hazelhead, Alvida, Deeleecious and Pepe Junior brought up the rear as Pride suddenly dropped back to be last. Into the straight as Native Strategy, Nanjing and Sea Storm who came the shortest way along the rails, and Hazelhead was fighting to gain the upper hand, Pepe Junior was in the rear, came up with raking strides on the wide outside beating one and all just won from Nanjing, Hazelhead and Alvida. The winner paid Rs. 165 at the Totes.

Race Report
Near the 1100 meters, DEELEECIOUS (Neeraj Rawal) shifted in, forcing PEPE JUNIOR (P.S.Chouhan) to shift in who consequently took the running of PRIDE (Tony Farina) who clipped the hind heels of PEPE JUNIOR and stumbled thereby unbalancing it’s rider. Jockey Neeraj Rawal has been fined Rs.2000/ - for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.
Approaching the 200 meters, ALVIDA (M. Narredu) shifted out and inconvenienced NATIVE STRATEGY (S.P.Ranjane) and then carried DEELEECIOUS (Neeraj Rawal) outwards. Jockey M.Narredu has been fined 2000/- for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.

As Kiara, Liverpool, Lord Kala, favourite Red Romeo along rails, was in the front bunch, behind came Secret Affair, Juventus, Secret Glory and the rest. Kiara came into the straight driven hard, while Red Romeo on the outside with powerful strides ridden by Jockey Daniel Grant ranged alongside. Red Romeo punched home to a glorious victory from Kiara, Ikaria and Juventus.

Fantastic Fury was in terrible haste to lead the field to Touch The Sky, Bonny Light, Stunning Star, Pine Crest, Expensive Affair as favourite Nimble Feet was content to settle in the rear with Almandine and Spiritual Hymn bringing up the rear. Fantastic Fury came into the straight, Touch The Sky chasing him all the time with Pine Crest now making a forward move as Nimble Feet on the outside biding his time. But as jockey Grant made his move. Nimble Feet came with giant strides to a popular victory from Spiritual Hymn who came on late. Pine Crest held on to third spot with Stunning Star a close fourth.


Race Report
The Sr. VO reported that whilst parading in the Parade Ring, STUNNING STAR was observed to have splayed its left hind plate. After corrective farriery, the filly was examined and was found to be sound and hence was allowed to race.- 2 -Soon after the start, TOUCH THE SKY (Neeraj Rawal) shifted in and jostled with PINE CREST (S.N. Chavan) and then carried the latter inwards causing it to be steadied by its Rider. Jockey Neeraj Rawal has been fined Rs.2000/- for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.
Jockey P Belose (SPIRITUAL HYMN) has been cautioned for changing course in the final stages of the race.After the race ALMANDINE was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated period of 4 weeks. On settling down, Mirror Image took charge to Land Of Peace, Lightning Bolt, Starnessey, Cabinda and War Of Attrition tucked along rails with the rest behind. As the front-runners could not keep up the pace, a new set with Lightning Bolt, Siroco, Starynessey and War Of Attrition on the far outside came into reckoning. AS Siroco made a strong bid to gain supremacy, War Of Attrition dashed his hopes to win by a neck. Cabinda galloped on behind followed by Casual Look. Sepia Tone was withdrawn before the start was given.


Race Report
SEPIA TONE (App.A.M.Tograllu) tried to duck the front gates and in the process damaged the gates leaving them unserviceable. Since there was no spare stall on the outside and all the other horses were in the gates, SEPIA TONE was withdrawn from the race before coming under the Starter’s order. Trainer Magansingh P.Jodha has been asked to give the filly more gate practice and show her to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
STARYNESSEY (HG Rathod) hung out in the straight despite Jockey’s effort. Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race.
At the start RED MESA (Harish) shifted out and made contact with LAND OF PEACE (Amyn Merchant) causing the filly to shift out onto to GATRAVAT (Riyaz Shaikh). Jockey Harish has been cautioned for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.
Near 700 meters RED MESA (Harish) was observed to have stumbled. It was observed that GATRAVAT (Riyaz Shaikh) had shifted in due to WAR OF ATTRITION (YS Srinath) slightly shifting in possibly due to STARYNESSEY (HG Rathod) shifting in due to the bend. At the same time, CASUAL LOOK (Nirmal Jodha) was observed to have shifted out slightly due to the bend and tightened RED MESA (Harish) forcing RED MESA to shift out and clip the hind heels of GATRAVAT and stumble. As a result of this interference, CASUAL LOOK, RED MESA and GATRAVAT lost their positions in the race. Since the incident could not be attributed to a single Jockey, no action has been initiated against anyone.
After the race GATRAVAT was observed to have an abrasion on its right hind pastern.

Perfection Attraction, Fiery Fortune and Gaea followed home.

Solid Black, Catalyst, Encouragement, Legal Eye, Marco Polo and Classic Spirit quickly settled down in this sprint race. But Solid Black trudged in front and was hailed as the winner when Encouragement and Legal Eye came up fast to challenge at the 100-metre marker. But long shot Legal Eye gained the winning post first followed by Solid Black and Marco Polo close by and Catalyst was fourth.


Race Report
The Starter reported that on arrival at the start, it was observed that the Kinetic Nose Band on VARUN (P.S.Chouhan) was broken. Since a similar replacement was not available at the gates, VARUN was allowed to run without a Kinetic Nose Band. Since the equipment was found to be in unserviceable condition, Trainer Sangramsinh N.Joshi has been fined Rs.1000/-. After the race LEGAL EYE was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated period of 4 weeks. The filly has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.
